Data deletion

You can ask at any time for all data RankSoft holds about you to be deleted - from ranksoft.dev, from comments and messages on Instagram and Facebook, and from our CRM.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@ranksoft.dev with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the email address you used on the site and/or your Instagram or Facebook username, so we can find the right data.
- Within 30 days we delete the data from the website database and the CRM and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- name, email and messages sent through the forms on the site;
- username, account identifier and the text of comments or messages from Instagram and Facebook;
- the potential client record in our CRM.
What we cannot delete
A comment you left under our post remains yours - delete it in the Instagram or Facebook app. Data the law requires us to keep (e.g. invoices, if you are a client) is kept for the legal period.
