Texts, blog articles, design and examples on this site belong to RankSoft unless stated otherwise. You may read them and share them by link; copying larger parts or commercial use requires our written consent.

Site and blog content is informational. Package and service descriptions are not a binding offer: price, scope and deadlines apply only from a written proposal, and both parties’ obligations from a signed contract.

Booking a free call through the site does not oblige you to anything. You can cancel or move the call by replying to the confirmation email.

We aim to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or applicable to every individual case. RankSoft is not liable for damage resulting from relying on general information from the site without first agreeing with us, nor for the content of external sites linked from it.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved amicably, and failing that, the competent court in Niš has jurisdiction.
